The Indian Maritime University takes issue of wellbeing of its students very seriously. IMU has qualified physician on campus to take care of the students and especially the boarders whenever the need arise.
First aid is given to all minor injuries that happen within the school.
A medical room is arranged in the hostel for students with doctor available during daytime. A tie-up with local Hospital for emergency requirements.
