JS (P & A) deals with all works relating to Urea Policy , Domestic Urea Fertilizers Joint Venture Projects , all works related to WTO issues , OMIFCO related matters including off take of Urea , branch Administration including Parliamentary work co-ordination , IT initiatives Fertilizer Monitoring System (FMS) establishment matters plan and budget co-ordination. He also handles work relating to Overseas joint venture projects including the related off takes in Australia , Egypt , Iran , Kazakhstan , Kuwait , Oman , Saudi Arabia , Turkmenistan , Ukraine , Argentina and other South African countries.
He is also the Chief Vigilance Officer of the Department including Public Sector Undertakings.
