Finance & Accounts Wing is headed by Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser. He advises the Secretary in financial matters. He looks after all budgetary and financial matters pertaining to Department of Fertilizers including Budget co-ordination, Preparation of Annual Budget , matters relating to standing committee. He is assisted by a Director (Finance), Deputy Secretary (Budget) and Chief Controller of Accounts.
