The Joint Secretary looking into P&K fertilizers policy head this Wing and is assisted by Director (FS) to plan budget for fertilizer subsidies and to ensure timely payment of subsidy to fertilizer companies. This Wing administers an on-line Integrated Fertilizers Management System (IFMS) under the support/ guidance of NIC to check/ verify production movement and sale of fertilizers and payment of subsidies to fertilizer companies.
