The jurisdiction of Customs (Preventive) Zone, Delhi, New Delhi has the following four Commissionerates as notified vide Notification No.77/2014-Customs (N.T.) dated 16.09.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India

1. Customs (Prevntive) Commissionerate, Delhi;
2. Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate, Amritsar;
3. Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate, Jodhpur;
4. Customs Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

The Zone covers the following States and UTs as notified vide Notification No.78/2014-Customs (N.T.) dated 16.09.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India:

1. The National Capital Territory of Delhi;
2. The State of Haryana;
3. The New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida), Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh;
4. The State of Punjab;
5. The State of Himachal Pradesh;
6. The Union Territory of Chandigarh;
7. The State of Rajasthan;
8. The Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
