Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate, Delhi covers the following area as notified vide Notification No. 78/2014-Customs (N.T.) dated 16.09.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India:

1. The National Capital Territory of Delhi;
2. The State of Haryana;
3. The New Okhla Industrial Development Authority Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
