A rally was organized by the IMU Visakhapatnam campus depict the development and growth of the nation since 1947 by displaying banners on various subjects like Education, Sports, Agriculture, Space Science & Technology, Freedom Fighters, Defence, Infrastructure, Science, Maritime Affairs etc.

A publicity campaign was organized by the IMU Kolkata campus depicting the growth of Nation in the Maritime sector creating awareness among the school students and other public people.

Banners on 100 Crore Vaccination Campaign was placed in various places in IMU Kolkata Campus

IMU Mumbai Port Campus organized special programmes on Yoga and Self Defense Techniques for the Employees and Cadets

IMU Kochi has conducted patriotic Song singing Competition for school children on 17th September in connection with Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The event was conducted through Google meet. There were 27 students participated in the event

IMU Kolkata has conducted various competitions for schools in and around port area during the week 23 - 29 Aug 2021

IMU Kolkata Campus has organized a Small Exhibition showcasing important events of Freedom Struggle. Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Posters (both in English & Hindi) were put up at Main gate and at Admin Building.

IMU Visakhapatnam Campus has successfully conducted eye checkup camp at Vangali Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District on 22 July 2021 (Thursday) with due support from doctor from KIMS Icon Hospital, local sarpanch and village administration.

IMU Headquarters has provided assistance to Orphanage / Old Age Home located at Sholinganallur, Chennai. The following items were issued for them.
